This is a huge programme of works for a tier 1 investment bank in London driving change through all areas of the business who are on a fantastic global workplace transformation programme. This programme of works is in flight at present so the ability to hit the ground running and bringing the workplace strategy to life through well thought through change management is essential.

You will need extensive change management experience and the ability to translate complex business strategy in to clear and concise communication. Prior experience in working with property and workplace strategy would be ideal, as experience working in rolling out flexible, and new ways of working.

You will be executing the global workplace strategy for the London portfolio so will need superb stakeholder management skills. Typical change management duties will be expected: internal communications exposure, confidence in delivering the communications across various forms (social, email, face to face, workshops) and the ability to deliver hard hitting communication across all levels.
