UX / UI Designer – Outside IR35 (Hybrid working)

UX / UI Designer | 3 Month Contract with likely extension | £450 – £500 a day Outside IR35 | Hybrid from Sheffield Office 

We are currently working with a world-renowned software company that provides enterprise-level solutions for managing and optimizing complex projects and assets in industries such as aerospace, defence and manufacturing. Their enterprise-level software, including SAP and other ERP based solutions, helps streamline operations and improve efficiency for their clients.

They are currently looking for a UX/UI Contractor to join their team and be responsible for the end to end-user-centred design process for software projects within the business.

Role:

• Lead the end-to-end user-centred design process for various apps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets to contribute to and standardize brand UI designs.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, create user personas, and document user workflow.
• Conduct appropriate UX research methods to validate solutions with users.
• Facilitate team workshops and ideation sessions, perform user research, usability testing, and support the team in creating user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years commercial experience in a UX/UI focused position
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets to contribute to and standardize brand UI designs.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, create user personas, and document user workflow.
• Demonstrated commercial UX experience with a solid understanding of formal UX processes.
• Contribute to team workshops, conduct user research and usability testing, and support the team in developing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Previous experience with SAP or other ERP / CRMs would be an advantage

Rate / Benefits:

• £450 – £500 a day outside IR35
• 3-month contract but likely to extend
