Supplier & Contract Manager | Outside IR35

SR2 are excited to work with a digital transformation consultancy on a new, long-term project for a large government client. As such we are looking for a Supplier and Contract Manager on a 6-month initial contract, positioned outside IR35.

The Supplier Manager will be responsible for covering the Buyers DevOps partners. The current workload includes L2 and L3 Support, Cloud Offering, and the Quality Assurance and Testing tenders.

Skills Required:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Supplier Manager AND Contract Manager
  • Experience working within the Public Sector
  • Previous focus on Cloud and DevOps tenders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage large and complex concurrent tenders
  • Business case development

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the execution of the public tenders, with a focus on Cloud and DevOps Operations.
  • Provide support for the invoicing, writing of business cases, financial reporting and other finance-supporting requirements.
  • Manage the roadmap, including financial planning.
  • Client-side relationship management
  • Support of internal teams such as finance and procurement.

This is an outside IR35, remote, 6 months rolling contract.
