Position: Technical Architect – Contact Centre / telephony
Suitable for: Solutions Architect or similar with experience of any of the following – Sabio, Avaya, Contact Centre / telephony solutions and migrating from on-premise to cloud
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Some weeks you may need to work on site 3-4 days a week, other weeks fully remote. It will depend on the needs of the project. Therefore, ideally you will be Yorkshire based
Duration: 3-6 months Rate: £550 – £700 pd (outside IR35) depending on level of experience
Urgent requirement for Technical Architect or Solutions Architect with experience of migrating an on-premise Avaya Contact Centre / telephony platform to a third party cloud solution.
· Min 5 – 10 years’ experience working with Avaya, Sabio Contact Centre / telephony (or similar) solutions
· Proven experience in an Architect role – ie Solutions Architect, Technical Architect or similar
· Previous experience of migrating from on-premise to cloud solution
· Previous experience of working in financial services
The Role: The Technical Architect will be working closely with the new third-party provider to migrate across to the new Sabio platform.
