Active SC Clearance required / £475pd / Hybrid (2 days in Croydon) / Outside IR35

SR2 are recruiting for a Scrum Master needed on a long-term contract basis for a leading digital consultancy. The role be supporting a leading Government Department whilst they drive forward several digital initiatives.

You should be a great communicator used to leading teams and facilitating workshops in an Agile working environment. You should have strong knowledge of how projects and products are delivered to Government Digital Services (GDS) standards.

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in the Home Office is a must-have
• SC clearance
• Maintained high delivery standards with distributed teams.
• Mentored, coached and managed the performance of teams.
• Scrum Master Certified (desirable)
• Knowledge of GDS standards
