SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant – £600 PD Outside IR35

Project Overview:

Our client, a global corporation based in London is about to embark on a HR digital transformation programme and require a SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultant who are from a certified implementation partner eligible for Provisioning Access. Ideally the chosen candidate will have strong implementation and configuration with modules in Recruiting & Employee Central. Our client is looking to pay up to £600 PD, Outside IR 35 with remote working for 5/6 months of work.

Key Deliverables of the SOW:

·Engage with Key stakeholders to deliver HRIS product & services to align with business needs
·Manage own workload of implementations and configuration changes with respect to different modules in SAP SuccessFactors such as Recruiting and Employee Central.
·Implementation experience in Recruitment Marketing and Recruiting Administration modules. Experience of enabling/configuring the quick apply, Job requisition templates, Interview Central, Print and Go packs, Career site builder and multiple job boards etc.
·Experience in Integration of Recruitment with another third-party tool such as MS Teams.
·Skilled in creating different Requisition templates & application form (different app for different roles). Should be able create different requisition templates/approval processes for different role types in the system.
·Should have worked on configuring Quick apply, Campaign URL builder, Candidate workbench, Career Site Builder, Direct capture forms, Recruiting Posting – links to LinkedIn / Enabling job boards / school engagement (Configuring Job Boards in system).
·Should be able to create the Insight Dashboard in Recruitment based on different reports. Skills and capability dashboards to support workforce planning. Hands-on experience with Advance analytics to track the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
·Hands-on experience in creating SOW and mapping the business requirements into functional/technical specification documents. Ability to conduct the workshop for stakeholders on the change requests and project implementations.
·Hands-on experience in configuring, creating, and updating the business rules based on complex requirements on above said modules.
·MUST be an SAP SuccessFactors certified consultant in RCM and RMK.
·Experience in custom MDF objects creation and maintenance.
·Support the deployment of system upgrades and mandatory system changes.
·Consultant should be from certified implementation partner in order to be eligible for Provisioning access.
