Chroma is looking for a contract Principal UX Consultant (Outside IR35) to join a leading European technical product specialist who are on a complete re-build of their Digital platforms and ‘tech’ stack that align with the ‘transformative’ vision.
With ambitions growth plans, you will be at the initiation stages of building out the company’s UX processes and consolidating the digital presence of the business. Their overarching strategy is to build a better overall user customer experience, ecommerce strategy and technical platform, and create greater alignment and efficiency across the business.

You will be working closely with the newly appointed Digital Director as well as the Customer Service Director to improve the user experience of the website.

Essential experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a UX Consultancy/Analyst role
  • Experience working in large companies
  • Extensive customer journey mapping experience
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
