Power Bi Developer – Out Side IR35 (Hybrid working)

*Outside Contract* PowerBI Developer – £400 – £450pd – 8 Months – Croydon (Hybrid)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PowerBI developer to join a market leading organisation here in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions
• Investigate and support Power BI issues
• Analyse and profile data to identify issues and build automated processes for regular improvements
• Show the direct value of BI and related analytics to improved business performance
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, improve current reporting solutions and provide support
• Own and maintain technical documentation
• Train end users on using PowerBI and navigating reports

Technical Requirements:
• Develop, enhance and optimise Power BI reports and datasets
• Expert knowledge of visualisation tool, strong preference to Power BI
• SQL Server / T-SQL
• Power Query, DAX queries and measures
• Data integration, Modelling, Data Warehousing in SQL
• Excellent understanding Power BI security, Office 365 Groups and access models
• Experience with Power BI full life cycle reporting (experience with Microsoft BI stack such as Power Pivot, Power Apps, Power Automate, SSRS, and SSAS also beneficial)
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions in conjunction with 3rd party partners
• Create tools to store data and automate reporting routines
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills
