SR2 are proud to be partnering with a UK consultancy that are working with a high-profile Government Department on a really exciting project that has the scope for multiple extensions within the contract. They are currently hiring for a Data Engineer that has strong experience as a technical lead. The project is currently in the discovery phase so they are looking for someone that has had experience working on greenfield projects from inception through to implmentation.

* Discovery Phase 7 Weeks – 3 Month Initial Contract – Pipeline of work potentially 2 years
* Outside IR35 contract
* Hybrid (Weekly Travel to London Offices Required)
* £475-500p/d
* Looking to start ASAP

Tech Requirements:
5+ Years of Data Engineering
Worked on projects during discovery phase
Confident in client liasing, requirement gathering, and making clear strategical suggestions to direct the work required
Active SC Clearance Required
Worked extensively with AWS Tech Stack
SQL
Python
Kafka Streaming/Apache Flink
Oracle (Desirable)
Java (Desirable)
