IT Support Engineer – Outside IR35

Contract IT Support role | £200- £250 a day Outside IR35 | 6 month Contract | Onsite in Cambridge Office 

Are you an experienced 1st/2nd line IT Support looking for your next outside IR35 contract role? Our client, a leading game studio, is looking for an IT Support for a 6 month contract, to start immediately!

Our client is one of the UK’s Leading Games Studios – They are a company who are passionate about building the most engaging gaming experiences for players all around the world. If you’re a gamer at heart – Then this could be the perfect role for you!

Deliverables:

• Ensure the ownership of Business-as-usual activities via Helpdesk Ticketing System
• Support with trouble shooting
• Experience supporting Active Directory, 365, Macs, Windows
• Diagnose and resolve any problems and incidents that arrive, whilst driving to mitigate these risks.
• Ensuring urgent/high tickets and requests are dealt with as a priority
• Ensure Starter, Leavers and Movers requests are fulfilled in agreed timeframes
• Ability to communicate at all levels and ensuring communication between team members and managers are fulfilled
• Required to pull work in work via helpdesk but also run with tasks assigned by manager
• A team player with great customer service and a can-do attitude who able to participate in team activates/meetings
