SOx Compliance Consultant (IT Controls / Audit) – Contract – £500 per day – Outside IR35 – 6 months – Job Ref: 23022

Role: SOx / Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Consultant

Rate: up to £500 per day

Duration: 6 months

Location: Hybrid (mostly remote, odd trip to London)

Start date: ASAP

Our consultancy client is looking for an IT Controls and Regulatory Compliance Specialist delivery lead who has experience delivering Sox compliance is fully aware of frameworks such as COBIT, and understands IT audit. To be responsible in ensuring that our client can overhaul and enhance their SOX and IT Controls approach.

If you have expertise in leading the delivery of complex regulatory compliance initiatives and IT Controls enhancements, and you are looking for a new assignment, then we would love to hear from you.

(Whilst the assignment will have a broad range of requirements, Project Managers delivering this service will need to have a strong knowledge of)

•  Leading initiatives in complex regulatory environments, ensuring compliance to the required frameworks

•  SOX Compliance – assertion & remediation

•  IT Audit

•  COBIT experience is preferred

•  Strong stakeholder management and project governance methods to ensure IT Controls findings and deliverables are implemented into the client’s BAU operations

•  Project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, AgilePM, etc)

It is anticipated that the contract will initially be full-time on a 6-month basis, and will be outside of IR35. The role will be delivered on a hybrid basis, with on-site presence required at the clients London offices.
