DevOps Engineer Contract – Outside IR35

DevOps Engineer | 6 month contract | Bath/Hybrid | £500 per day Outside IR35

Are you a DevOps Engineer with experience redeploying onto the cloud? Want to work for a growing UK company?

You will be involved in the review of our clients’ current thinking and will look to challenge and improve upon their current system design to take on-site data and re-deploy it to the cloud.

Role:

• Base the deployment on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP depending on your recommendations and current company processes.
• Streamlining the development toolchains – creating standardised and efficient development processes enabling the teams to deliver the products in an efficient and reliable manner.
• Implementing industry best practices and future proofing the code base by bringing a broad industrial experience on the latest DevOps Lifecycle tools – Automation, Development, and infrastructure management.
• Improving Right First Time (RFT) approaches to software configuration and release – Robust, reliable processes to improve Safety and reliability, Automating development, build, test, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Experience managing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge / experience of Visualisation tools.
• Deep Atlassian product suite knowledge.
• Knowledge / experience of TeamCity.
• Experience working within an agile environment.
