Data Insight Analyst – Outside IR35 (Hybrid working)

Data Insight Analyst, Contract, £400 p/day, Outside iR35, 6 months, London Hybrid

Contract role for an Insight and Data Analyst to work on a commercial real estate programme. You will use your data analytics, visualization and insight skills to providing ongoing data analytics with a focus on the workplace and the ‘office of the future’, trends, swipe rates, occupancy and space planning – basically, and data and insight into how offices and work spaces are used on both a micro and macro level.

You will need to have a good background in gathering and presenting insights, to make data and analytical led decisions. You will be part of a large programme team so you will need and want to speak with colleagues, communicate with stakeholders and project teams – and be able to report back.

You would be working alongside a senior data analyst / data science, and the need for this interim position is the sheer size and scope of what’s needed.
