We have an urgent need for a Change Manager with our London based client.
You will be leading change communications across their change programmes, being creative and enthusiastic, to enable successful adoption of change and to ensure colleagues feel informed, engaged, inspired, and excited about change.
What you’ll be doing
- Working on priority programmes across the business to create compelling narratives which will drive the adoption of new cutting-edge technologies
- Unravel complex messages to deliver clarity to stakeholders who are affected by change
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of the communications strategy
- Leading change communications across the change programmes
What you’ll need
- Experience of delivering change communications within complex, multi-national environments
- Ability to drive an effective communications plan
- Experience with innovative technology product roll outs
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Adaptable and energetic to manage multiple work streams
