My client, a global IT consultancy is looking for a Commercial Manager for a multi-year programme. My client is transitioning 2000+ staff from this one organisation to the other, transforming their Service and System Management capability.
Job Description
- Maintaining and managing the Master Services Agreements including keeping both partners and suppliers to account to meet obligations and compliance.
- Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contract and driving performance.
- Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the client under contract and driving performance.
- Identifying solutions for non-compliance and driving negotiations to positive business conclusions.
- Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory and performance terms.
- Maintaining a record of all engagements, monitoring and driving growth and activities in pursuit of shared business goals.
- Monitoring the implementation and performance of the signed contract(s).
- Maintaining, updating and improving contractual records.
- Identifying weaknesses in contractual terms and driving solutions.
- Validating and promoting shared understanding of business outcomes and performance measures.
Experience
- Be able to complete SCN’s/CCN’s and handle disputes.
- Be confident to resolve issues with third parties with limited support.
- Have a strong Contracts and Commercial Background – a ‘doer’, delivery-focused.
- Have Enterprise experience and worked on Outsourcing deals.
- Experience with pricing of solutions.
- IT background, specifically within Cloud and IT Infrastructure.
