I am partnering with my Global Technology  client based in Prague who are looking for an Lead QA Tester to join their team based in Prague. They specialise in creating innovative solutions for clients across various industries. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality software products that exceed expectations. 12-Month + -100% Remote- EU/UK candidates only- Outside IR35

Role Overview:
As a Lead QA Tester in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to conduct thorough testing, identify and report defects, and contribute to the overall enhancement of the user experience.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Perform manual testing and ensure that software meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
  • Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure software stability.
  • Utilize your expertise in Flutter, Android, iOS, .Net, C++, and Selenium to ensure cross-platform compatibility and functionality.
  • Report and track defects using issue tracking systems and verify defect fixes.
  • Work closely with the team to improve testing processes and contribute to the overall quality strategy.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester, ideally in remote work environments.
  • Strong proficiency in testing applications developed using Flutter, Android, iOS, .Net, and C++.
  • Familiarity with Selenium or other automated testing tools.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in creating and executing test cases for mobile and web applications.
