Agile Delivery Manager – Healthcare

£450pd / Public Sector (Health) / Outside IR35
Initial 6 months, with scope of circa 18 months

SR2 are recruiting for a Delivery Manager needed on a multi-year contract basis for a leading digital consultancy. The role be supporting a critical National Healthcare Programme, laying the foundations for a strategic DDaT function throughout the UK.

The project will adopt the GDS and Cabinet Office DDaT frameworks, leading projects from discovery to go-live. You should be a great communicator used to leading teams and facilitating workshops in an Agile working environment. You should have strong knowledge of how projects and products are delivered to Government Digital Services (GDS) standards.

The important aspect to this role is that you will have extensive experience in the public sector on large scale digital programmes.

Experience Required:

  • Have led continuous improvement programmes
  • Have facilitated workshops and training
  • Maintained high delivery standards with distributed teams
  • Mentored, coached and managed the performance of teams
  • Scrum Master Certified
  • BPSS Clearance
