IT Procurement Consultant – Outside IR35

3 months initial contract with potential to extend
London for Onboarding and then can be remote

£350 – £450 per day Outside IR35

Elon Group is seeking a capable experienced Procurement Consultant to lead on IT procurement projects for our public sector client. You will have a sound understanding of public procurement rules (PCR2015) and at least three years of experience in the public sector. Additionally, any experience with Estates Construction procurement plus familiarity with JCT terms & conditions would be a bonus.

Role:
● Leading on FTS (previously OJEU) tenders
● Running mini-competitions against frameworks
● Direct awarding against frameworks
● Engaging stakeholders to develop specifications
● Drafting contracts using standard sets of terms & conditions
● Creating, maintaining, and driving project plans, with clear milestones

Requirements:
● Knowledge and/or experience working with FTS ( previously OJEU) tendering
